Rules of the paid car park for passenger cars
The car park area is an integral part of the Hotel.
By entering the paid car park, every vehicle user accepts the provisions of these rules (hereinafter also: the Rules) and undertakes to strictly comply with them.
The car park is paid (hereinafter also: the car park). The fee for using the car park is 35 PLN per day.
The car park is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
Leaving a vehicle in the car park does not constitute a storage contract within the meaning of Art. 835 et seq. of the Civil Code. By leaving a vehicle in the car park, the holder of the vehicle merely rents the parking space they have chosen. The car park's fencing elements, in particular barriers and railings, are intended solely to prevent use of the car park without paying the appropriate fee.
The Hotel is not liable for the loss of or damage to vehicles located in the car park, nor is it liable for items left in the car park, whether inside those vehicles or outside them.
There is an absolute ban on entering the car park with vehicles carrying dangerous materials. Regardless of the safeguards applied, every vehicle holder, including the holder of a vehicle carrying dangerous materials, is liable for any harm to persons and property suffered by any entity in connection with that vehicle entering the car park.
A person using the car park is obliged to observe vertical and horizontal road signs and to comply with the instructions of the Hotel's staff and security.
The car park is continuously monitored in order to check compliance with the provisions of the Rules by car park users, in particular for the purpose of verifying how the car park is used and the payment of fees for occupying a parking space. Recordings from the monitoring cameras may serve as a basis for taking legal consequences against car park users who do not comply with the provisions of the Rules.
When parking, the driver is obliged to pay particular attention to neighbouring vehicles and to position the vehicle within the designated bays, without obscuring the lines marking the parking spaces.
Within the car park and on the entry and exit roads of the car park, the following is prohibited:
repairing, washing, vacuuming the car, as well as changing or topping up operating fluids, in particular such as coolants, fuels or oils; parking on the access road or in a way that hinders other users from using the car park; moving the vehicle around the car park for a purpose other than reaching a parking space or leaving the car park; conducting trade and other service or commercial activities without the Company's consent.
Car park users are obliged to: keep the car park clean, comply with fire and sanitary regulations, and follow the instructions of the Hotel's staff, service or security responsible for safety and order.
In the event of parking a vehicle in a manner not compliant with the Rules, where this has a direct impact on the safety of persons or property, the car park user agrees to have the vehicle towed to a place chosen by the Hotel. The vehicle will be towed at the cost and risk of the car park user.
Leaving a vehicle in a way that obscures the lines marking the parking spaces, i.e. in a way that causes one vehicle to occupy two parking spaces, will result in the car park fee being charged at double the amount.
The vehicle user is liable for any damage caused to the Hotel or third parties within or around the car park under the general rules of the Civil Code.
Any comments and reservations regarding the operation of the car park should be reported to the Hotel by email at: biuro@adlerhouse.pl
